Hello Toronto Bees!
It makes me sad to write a post like this but I feel after the service I just recieved I should let you know!
Normally I love Secrets from your Sister, I’ve raved about them to friends, family and strangers alike, they have a great selection and some awesome staff members. However on Sunday I stopped by the store to find a bra to go with my bridesmaid dress (need a low back and wide straps, it’s been a challenage) and was told there was a line up of 5 people in front of me and it would be an hour wait. Well I didn’t have an hour to wait and was a little appalled thinking that it would take that long, I know they have to fit you and each appointment takes time but how could they be so short staffed that 5 people would take an hour? So when I got home I sent an email to management, saying how dismayed I was about the wait and combined with their other hours I’m probably not going to have the time to shop there again. I mean I’m not going to wait an hour on the weekend and I work 10 to 6:30, making their 11 to 7 hours impossible for me. Now I might have found a way to overlook this but the reponsed from their management was simply “Sorry we couldn’t help you, we’re giving our staff holidays in July, that’s just how retail is”
I’ve worked in retail and customer services for many years and I’ve never come across a reponse like that or had a store plan holidays knowing it would make them short staffed. So Bee’s beware this could be the service you receive when you walk in their door.
