Payless Shoe Source has dyables. Not sure what styles they carry since each store has its own inventory but they all carry something in that line and can be done in any color you want.

@avartyak:You can go to dyeables.com and there is a wedge called a chloe. you can put in your zipcode and find the closest retailer.

This one is also from Dyeables. Called the Peg.
