I have spent most of my day searching for shoes LOL I have my first fitting in 3.5 weeks and need to find my perfect shoes. The wedding is this October and I was looking for something in a fall shade but stumbled across these. Too matchy or kinda fabulous??? I’m a little burnt out on shoes right now… 🙂

I think those are really cute. They are pretty fabulous. I don’t think you need color.

- Wedding: June 2010 - Ceremony - First United Methodist Church; Reception - My parents' house!
Those shoes are really cute! What’s the little puffy thing on the front? I think they’d look great with the dress, but I don’t know if the puffy thing would get caught on the dress when you’re walking. I guess it also depends on where your gown hits and how puffy the puffy guys are. 🙂

I think they would look great together! I don’t think there is anything wrong with not having colorful shoes! After all, I think colorful shoes is more of a new trend, I think. (says the bride with the bright yellow patent wedges )

I like a shoe with flare. This shoe would be great with a dress that would show them off.

Colored shoes are a new trend, but not necessary. I think the shoe is fab!

The puffy thing is a little ball of feathers… I’m not too into bows but I think I might like feathers. (this whole wedding thing has made me realize I am a lot girlier than I ever realized LOL)

I like the combo, but I agree with the feather thingy might get caught in the hem a couple of times.

Hmm… didn’t think about the feathery thing snagging the dress… darn. How about these instead?? They have these little clear flat sequins on that top piece in the front – shimmery but not too too shiny.

I think they are so cute! I agree with a few of the ladies, I love a shoe with some color, adds a little unexpected pizzaz 🙂 My shoes are bright red, 4″ heels and I just may be in love with them. I think it really depends on your dress! If your dress is super traditional maybe a more demure shoe would work. But if your dress is a bit more modern a little flare could be fun!

I love both with your dress. Either would work. Of course, I love the first better but I agree that the puffy thing might snag on your dress.

- Wedding: October 2009 - Church Ceremony/Reception at The Waterford House
I think they are both cute. For the first pair, you could always try it on with the dress and walk around on your carpet. If they don’t work, move on to the next. 🙂

And if anyone can think of a pair that would go better I am SO open to ideas 🙂 For some reason I am finding shoes to be the toughest part…

- Wedding: August 2009 - St. Thomas of Villanova Church & the F.U.E.L. House
Both are very pretty! I prefer the first, because they really make a WOW statement — but if they might harm the dress, move along to the second pair!
