I have my heart set on seersucker bridesmaid dresses but in many places (like Thread an Lula Kate) the dresses are out of my bmaid’s budgets. My wedding is sort of a beach theme- mostly aqua/white colors. Hard to see but it’s a light aqua/white seersucker.
I just came across the below dress at Dillards yesterday and wanted opions on whether it could be a cute bridesmaid dress or if it was too “wear to work” looking. I would probably add some kind of prettier ribbon sash to the middle.

So cute! (but I am super preppy so I love anything seersucker.)

I like it. I would have loved to have worn a light dress for a summer wedding. My best friend is celebrating her 3rd anniversary today. For her wedding, we wore satin on a 90 degree, outdoor wedding day. I remember how much I sweat through the ceremony and pictures. A lighter fabric would have been awesome and well appreciated. Are you having the ceremony on the beach? For a beach wedding, that dress would perfect with a sash.

I love this dress and it would look fabulous with a sash!

I think that would be perfect for a beach wedding. So cute!

The wedding is on a lake… but I love all things beach related so it’s going to be decorated with shells/ starfish/ sand dollars….

I like the color, but the design isn’t my favorite.

I really like that! And I think your BMs could actually wear it again (to work, if they wanted)

I think the dress is really cute, and definitely doesn’t look too work-y. But if you have any larger chested girls it’s probably not going to be flattering with the high neckline.

No larger chested girls.. but good point on that!

i love it! but you would want to check that it’s going to suit all your bm’s – just send them the photo but i’d be surprised if they didn’t like it 🙂
