My self care right now includes spending time with my fiance and family, enjoying my cat antic filled workdays at home, and catching up on some games I’ve been meaning to play. I also get to throw on my headphones and listen to music and funny videos while I’m working, so that’s been fun. I’m just trying to stay positive and make the best of this.

I just found a face mask and some foot sock mask things my Mother-In-Law gave me some Christmas in my bathroom, I’m thinking I might try those out one of these days. Otherwise, I have been thinking I need to start meditating again, and I need to set myself some sort of schedule to incorporate movement into my work from home day. We have a treadmill. And maybe I will try to track down a prenatal yoga video that I like or something

Chocolate has been my one accessible means of self-care. Now that is almost depleted, I am not sure I will restock even if I do go to the store. I have tried breathing techniques, but I haven’t been able to fully relax. Next option: peppermint tea
