Where do you state in your listing that you’ve altered and changed the integrity of this dress that it no longer even fits properly?

Pp’s I honestly dnt think op would post this if she thought she was scamming someone so lets not point fingers, reading her other thread it seems like an unfortunate series of events. If you (pp’s) was sick and lost a lot of weight and ur dress isn’t fitting right would panic and sometimes we overreact due to sheer emotion. Don’t forget we are all human. I will say she did make the dress sound better than it was and is misleading slightly ( hell even the corporate world is notorious for this yet we still buy from them). I DO believe the op should have been more upfront with the buyer. Also should hav been more willing to let her try on the dress due to the elaborate history of alterations.

The buyer also does nt hav her hands clean bcz she was a little skeptical and confusing. The op was upfront about how she wanted to make this transaction and if she didn’t agree she should hav just said no and that would b that. Each party was trying to Ben and were skeptical of one another and it caused an explosion. I hope that both parties take something away from this experience and nt b bitter just take it as a lesson learned

The thing is, you set yourself up for this when you posted that the dress was botched from alterations. You need to be more careful with what you put online. But it’s probably a good thing you weren’t so nobody got scammed.

@babypearls:  +1 this is kind of out of hand at this point. I see this more of a “poor judgement” situation rather than a malicious scammer.

@BlondeMissMolly:  I completely agree with you 100%. The OP still thinks they haven’t done a thing wrong here!
