@lovelea:  I would not be concerned about the currency type vs the country it is being shipped to. As for the chargeback stuff, I would think they would not do that unless she could prove that the dress she received was not the dress she asked for. So if you sent the wrong dress, or it was damaged in route, or it never showed up then she would have a valid claim. But you have insurance to pay for the item getting lost or damaged, and you are having her sign for delivery confirmation, so I feel like you don’t need to worry about the latter two cases. As for the dress you’re sending being the dress you’re describing, I would just double check the style number and make sure you posted acurate pictures of the dress (not on the model) and any damage it may have (if it has been worn).

As for the under reveiw part, I have never sold anything on paypal (I did buy my wedding dress used with it though), so I am not sure what that means. It sounds like you have taken all of the necessary precautions. Personally, I would not ship the dress until the “under reveiw” status is changed, and the money  is received.

i would recommend calling paypal. they actually have excellent customer service. i ahve had to call them a few times before for sales.
