The “send her back” chants were abhorrent even if Trump then stated he didn’t agree with it. He should have said there and then but obviously we know what he’s doing. I’m a Brit but follow world politics and Trump is basically on our news channels everyday. It scares me to think people will slowly start to think it is more acceptable and that they’ll feel more comfortable voicing the racist views that they may have kept to themselves before now.
This thread is also a great reminder for anyone travelling to the US on holiday to have very good travel insurance in place. If you are fortunate enough to be able to travel for leisure then you can buy comprehensive insurance.

sbl99 : Biden I think is the closest we have to being right in the middle. As a centrist democrat myself, I think he needs to be the nominee in order to beat Trump. If the nominee is Bernie or Elizabeth Warren, I think Trump unfortunately has a very good chance of being re-elected.

i cant recall who said it early, but MOST people dont choose to not have health insurance, are there a few out there sure, but they are probably choosing to not have to pay insurance premiums because they know itll eat away at their possible savings or paying for other bills that are possibly more important like keeping the lights on and the water running.
i also laugh at the people whos idea of fixing the crappy insurance deals some are given, is to just go out and get a better job….lol like uh hello A LOT of companies offer sh*tty health insurance, its not about just hopping from one job to the other until your satisfied with your benefit package. Thats not realistic, like AT ALL.
