That’s awesome that they did that for you! More places should have great service like that when they see that they’ve obviously screwed up. I love that 6 prong solitare.

Glad it worked out for you. I know the feeling. Mine is being resized and upgraded =) The sad thing is I won’t have it for two weeks.

Wow that is great customer service. When you said the diamond is better in the new one what do you mean? Is it the same style of ring etc?

Do you have the ring insured? and did they give you new ppwk with the new ring for warrenty purposes?
