I’m new around here so be nice 🙂 I’m getting married at The Trolley Barn in Atlanta on September 3rd, and my question is, has anyone on the boards had their wedding at TTB or attended a wedding there?
If so, do you have any tips for making it a successful day? Maybe things you wish you had done that you didn’t? It’s a pretty blank canvas as far as decorating goes, which I like…I just don’t want to leave anything undone!
I’ve looked at a couple different weddings that have been held there on wedding photographers’ blogs, but I’d love to hear straight from a bride or an attendee how it was.
Thanks in advance 🙂

One of my BMs just looked at this place and was thinking of having her wedding here. She said she loved it! But I don’t have any advise! SORRY!!

Welcome! 🙂 I don’t have any advice either, but I have to tell you that I looked here for a possible site for my wedding and it’s gorgeous! The only reason I didn’t go there is that they were completely booked for my dates 🙂 I’m sure it’ll be wonderful! Good luck!

I was married there in Nov. 2009. Not sure if you have picked your vendors but I can recommend Epting Events. They did both the food and the flowers and it was delicious and beautiful. You can see pics here (two part post): http://www.occasionsonline.com/events/real-weddings/an-atlanta-occasion-bethany-ryan-wedding-part-1-879 Christine Gallagher was our photographer and we couldn’t be happier with her images. We had both the ceremony and the reception there. If you would like more specifics feel free to send me a message. Congrats! Enjoy this time…it flies by.

I was in a wedding there last August. It was a really nice venue just make sure you know that they are VERY particular about you stepping on their grass in the back, even if it is for pictures. Parking is also a pain but other than that, no problems.

@megleo: Hey can I ask where else you looked before deciding on the Trolley Barn? I looked there but it is a little too pricey for me, Any other great ideas??

@megleo: Hi, I’m having my wedding at the Trolley Barn in August, and I’m wondering if you by chance had a seating chart? How did you arrange things?
