ive been working out religiously for the last 3-4 months even joined a gym – but recently i have been gaining weight, and now i am holding at 155-157 depending on the day.

my pants fit looser so i am thinking i am gaining muscle which weighs more than fat…

at least thats what i tell myself. *sigh*

basically for the entire month of august – NO BOOZE whatsoever, and no bread, rice or pasta after lunch. My last fitting is on the 18th of august, so if for some reason i lose a bunch, then i have time to get alterations done, but i jsut dont want to get BIGGER.

*sigh*

I lost 20lbs and I’m about 3 pounds away from my ‘omg i’ll never reach it’ goal. I haven’t been doing much concentrated exercise recently (I stopped losing weight in about April) so I’m going to try to get back to some regular exercise to tone up for the wedding (and bathing suit honeymoon pictures!)

I’m looking for a good pilates DVD. Anyone know one?

I want to lose about 10-15 lbs more before our wedding on Sept 11.  I really started working hard at losing weight about 2 months ago and down about 20 lbs.  I waited to buy my dress until recently so that it would still fit after all the weight loss.  It fits great right now!!!  But I would feel even more confident if I lost the additional 15.  My Fiance is out of town for 2 weeks for work…he left on Sunday.  I have done great on my diet and working out since he’s been gone and lost 2 lbs πŸ™‚  I actually had our son in Sept. of 09 and gained alot of weight.  I have lost 95 lbs since then πŸ™‚  I’m very happy about that!!! I was super scared it wasn’t going to happen!

@yelhsa439 – That is amazing!  I know you can do it!

I am going to a wedding this weekend for one of my best friends and bridesmaid and I know that she has not had any of the goodies that she likes in months.  So I went to the store and got her all the things she loves to put in her room for after the wedding.  She is crazy about salt water taffy and I got her the biggest tub!

@Ms. Caniche: Thank you! and That’s a great idea!!! I love doing stuff like that for people! I’m big on doing the little suprises for people that they don’t expect.  Its a great way to show you care and want to go that extra step to show them.  that was very sweet of you…and could you send me the extras? hahaha! jk!

I have found that getting married is the BEST motivation ever!  (I’m nervous that I’m gonna put the weight back on after the wedding, so that will be my major challenge.)  But I weigh less than I have weighed ever in my adult life and I’m enjoying showers and wedding related events SO MUCH more now that I’m comfortable with what I look like.  Hooray!!

I joined WW and started running in preparation for the wedding. I didn’t really have a goal in mind until I started losing weight. I’ve lost 26 pounds and I’m just maintaning right now. I would like to lose a few more pounds before the wedding but I’m sure that’ll just happen naturally with the stress!

I started early.. like march! Because i wanted to lose 10 lbs and not be stressed doing it. Plus we had the shower and bachelorette early (June) because all our girls live in different states. I lost 11 lbs by june and have been maintaining it so far!!!! Worked out everyday at least once a day and watched what i ate 6 days a week- had one free day a week to eat whatever. Mainly ive made sure i don’t sit around… Ive been walking the dog more and cleaning more- just keep moving.

close but not at goal and i doubt i’ll get to goal by the wedding. I’m hoping to loose just another 5-6 lbs. I’ve lost 26lbs so far tho! :). I’m at 166 right now, would like to be 160 by the time the wedding comes. But we’ll see! I feel great tho! πŸ™‚

I was working so hard for the last 2 weeks.  Serioulsy hard.  Then Fiance and I spend a few days out of town and I gained 3 pounds…  I am seriously angry at myself for letting up… πŸ™
