we haven’t officially set our date but are leaning towards September 23. I want greenery, white hydrangeas, and a pop of color. My fiancé will more than likely wear a navy blue suit. I was thinking blush or soft pink but is that more spring? What are your colors?!

You can totally do white and pink for a September wedding! I had similar colors for my September 26 wedding, only mine were more baby pink and French vanilla. Choose the colors you love and don’t worry about the season!

My wedding is September 3rd and we are doing white, grey and a lot of greenery.

Sept. 28: blush pink and navy w/ gold accents. I thought I’d add some burgundy for more of a nearing fall feel, but I’m in San Diego so we don’t really have seasons LOL

Love a September wedding! I think blush is a good choice, it’s soft and warm but not too bright as you may expect for Spring/Summer. Pink will also be fine, I think pink is rather versatile. The greenery sounds a lovely idea too.

We’re going with ivory with purple and gold accents. Is it weird that I’m not particularly bothered about colours though? We have a garden terrace venue and most wedding things seem to be white or ivory anyway. I’m perfectly happy for other colours to creep in. My bridesmaids will be in navy (because it’s flattering on everyone and doesn’t clash with anyone’s natural blonde or blue and bright red hair colours)

I’m doing colors that are similar to yours and I don’t care if they are “spring” or not lol.
My SO is wearing a navy suit with a soft peach shirt, and my BMs are wearing sage or mint. The peach will be brought into the mix with flowers:
I’m going to do navy linens, sage dinner napkins, gold beaded chargers, ivory and pale peach flowers, and plenty of greenery. My favorite color is green and my SO’s is orange, so the sage and peach is a nod to that without it looking like a kid’s dinosaur show lol.
Similar to this look ^, but with ivory or light peach flowers and sage napkins instead of white 😁

We are getting married September 2nd and our colours are purple and grey. The bridesmaids are wearing purple and the groomsmen will be in grey.

I have no idea and I’m so not bothered anymore. 😎 I’ve changed our colors about six times and now I’ll figure it out later. Technically 9/17 is still summer but the foliage has already changed in our area by then so it looks like fall but either way I’m not worrying about matching colors with the season.

I don’t think planning your colors based on the season is necessary. I’m all for just doing what you want. My friend had hers this past October and her colors were different shades of pink and purple…silver as an accent color. It was Disney themed. My bridesmaid dress ended up being a very cool mint/teal(long story). It all looked great!!

My wedding was late Sept, and these were my colours. The fabric swatch was the bridesmaid dresses, the guest tables were all a similar teal, head table had champagne linens. All the florals were white, ivory, blush and pale peach. I originally wanted more corals and bright pinks in my bouquet but the florist and I apparently got our wires a little crossed.

My wedding will be Sept 23, and the colors are marsala, navy, and I’m thinking a very soft blush as an accent.

- Wedding: September 2015 - Hotel Ballroom
September 2015 bride here! Our colours were emerald green and ivory white. Green because it has been my favourite colour since I was 5. White because the venue offered free use of ivory linnens…so it felt like a no-brainer.
Even though I was a fall bride, I really wanted my wedding to look timeless and like it could have been whenever. So I didn’t take seasonal colours and decor into consideration.

We got married last September. We had a deep purple- like plum for our main color.
