So this is our first cycle trying, but 4th charting and I definitely ovulated a full week sooner than usual which has totally messed up our BDing schedule.  We planned for this weekend to be “BDing weekend”.  My husband was working two nights of my fertile window, so it looks like we only BD’d on the day of ovulation.  I know it only takes one time to make a baby, but the odds aren’t good this month.  Thankfully, this is just our first month and we went in with the mindset of it being a practice month and not having high expectations.  I love how my body’s routine went out the window as soon as we started trying.  Needless to say, my POAS date has changed to the 23rd, which is actually good since we our leaving on our cruise the 27th.  I’d definitely like to know whether I can drink or not.

So sad I’m out. AF was a day late then just had some weird pinkish spotting yesterday and today woke up to full on AF. I got my hopes up when I was late then just some spotting. ๐Ÿ™ Onto the next, hoping POAS in October will do the trick.

I’ve been having awful cramping since 8dpo, and yesterday was extremely tired and “sassy” as Darling Husband puts it and he kept asking if I was pregnant because of that (two signs that caused me to randomly test at 8dpo with DS even though we weren’t trying and sure enough, bfp) so I tested last night and this morning — today is 10dpo, and bfn. Womp womp. Feeling verry much like I’m out for this cycle, as I have an 11 day LP so I feel like I’d have a bfp by now, or a LEASt a squinter! Oh well.

Feeling out this month too – BFN at 10dpo ๐Ÿ™ Starting to get discouraged. Going to try digital OPKs next month since I can’t seem to get a positive Wondfo, and maybe SMEP.

Having a rough couple of days here in the TWW. I will POAS in two days, but I’m feeling like its gonna be a BFN. My grandfather passed away this weekend and I’m also feeling under the weather . The next week of my life is going to be stressful with trying to balance an out of state funeral, work obligations, and my graduate class work.

A BFP would be a bright spot (although I’m feeling it’s unlikely) .. So prayers , positive thoughts and/or fingers crossed would be much appreciated!

So AF is currently 9 days late (cycle day 41). I haven’t POAS just because I don’t feel pregnant. Last month I had a 50 day cycle and POAS like 20 times, all BFNs. I don’t want to do that again. I was having regular 32-35 day cycles since coming off BC in January until my freak cycle last month. I’m expecting this cycle is going to be long like last month which is messing up our plans of trying later this month! BUT, Darling Husband and I both think I’m in my fertile window right now (days 38-41). Is that even possible?? I quit charting 11 days ago because my temps were all over the place and it was stressing me out.

I have a question for those of you experienced with OPK tests. is it normal to get the positive in the morning? Also, does when you get your positive OPK change when you should BD?  With Dear Daughter I always got my positives at night and we would always BD at night. Now i have been getting positives in the morning and unfortunately our schedule doesn’t allow BD time in the mornings. I guess I am just trying to figure out why we are on cycle 6 despite perfect timing every month.

itssunshine:  I’m sorry about your grandfather. I hope you get some good news with a bfp. I felt like I was coming down with a cold a few days before my BFP with my daughter, so there’s hope until af shows! Hang in there!

MissB2MrsO:  I had a whacky long cycle last month, too and no clue what to expect this cycle. We just decided to BD as long as I was having fertile CM (watery or Ewcm). Good luck!
