Relax. If you loved it then, stop looking. There will always be other dresses that would look nice, but you can drive yourself crazy thinking that way. Your dress is beautiful.

I have been driving myself crazy by looking at other dresses because I thought I made a huge mistake.  I think its because I thought I decided too early as well.  But there’s a reason why you picked your dress!  It does look gorgeous!

It’s lovely. 🙂

I realized that I could have been happy in probably a full 1/3 of the dresses I tried. There could even be a “better” one for me. But I love the one I got, so it’s all good!

Your dress is beautiful!! I do recommend to stop looking at other dresses though! Its hard on these boards because so many people post dresses but try to keep yourself from looking at them. Ive been doing the same thing.. I look at other dresses even soem so similiar to mine and I start questioning my own choice. However, I got my dress because it was the one for me!

Because it’s such a big decision, a lot of us definitely go through this! I agree with the PP’s advice to try to stop looking at dresses. Yours is gorgeous, and I’m sure you chose it because it looks great on you. It’s tough bcause you have to buy your dress so far in advance and it gives you a lot of time to question it.

I wouldn’t go shopping again, it will only make your doubt worse and more confusing. Not everyone has that moment where they realize it’s “the one” like on Say Yes to the Dress, and I think it’s not necessary to chase down that feeling if you didn’t! Try to just trust your gut and know you’ll look beautiful in the dress you chose.

I’m convinced that we all do this to ourselves. I keep having to talk myself down since a second dress is not even a remote possibility… Besides, that gown is absolutely gorgeous. You said it felt like your dress hold on to that and quit torturing yourself!

I love your dress! The bodice is beautiful and adds so much interest. I think you should go with your gut choice. You need to stop looking or you will always want something else and end up being a very sad and confused bride. Believe me, your dress is gorgeous, there is a reason you chose it.

Ironically, every time I see this dress, I wish I had tried it on. And I have been married almost a year. I LOVE it. I was a 3 dress bride, so if you aren’t 100%, I understand. But don’t keep shopping if you don’t have the budget for another dress. Better advice would be to go and try yours back on– you might feel better about it.
