I think the internet term “derp” is appropriate here. Not even a return address or anything?

maybe the postmark can help you narrow it down?

@b00kbug:  ok, fail. I’m feeling frustrated for you but also lol-ing a little at people, I mean c’mon… but then, there are college students who actually forget to put their names on things…

Is there a way to get word out that you’ve received some unmarked rsvp’s and “if you sent in your rsvp without a name please contact ________” Seems like a no-brainer but apparently not.

we wrote a number lightly in pencil on each of our RSVPs in case this happened.. Or the more likely event of people signing their names isntead of writing it — making it impossible to read.

Where is it postmarked from? If you have a lot of guests from that area it might not help, but otherwise, it might give you some direction.

@manako:  Great idea!

Maybe they want you to reserve them a plate with no food on it?

@b00kbug:  I’d get word out a.s.a.p. so other people don’t fail at putting their name on their r.s.v.p.
