This sounds good! I am going to buy a skipping rope after work! I need to take my measurements like you have done, but this last few months have gone from 68.5 to 61kg through eating better / smaller portions and exercising.

Excited to start some new exercise, skipping is fun too!

I used to jump rope for exercise. Like 20 mins a day. It does help you lose weight. But it’s tough.

I had weighted handles and removed the rope so I fake jump-roped, so much easier.

I followed this guy on youtube named “Millionaire Hoy” during my last semester of college. A ton of HIIT workouts  that really pushed me. May be something you would like.

As for myself I am trying to tone my arms and belly. But it always feels like the inches/losses come from everywhere else.

I would love to do this but I’m in an apartment with neighbors under me. LOL! Does anyone have idea for a more private place to jummp rope (or, just a more private place to do workouts in general for apartment dwellers to not disturb neighbors but also so people don’t see you embarrassing yourself at first? LOL)

That’s a good idea. And cheap too! I’ve got a jump rope packed away somewhere in storage so I’ll probably just buy a new one. I’ve also been wanting to try a weighted hula hoop lol it sounds funny but I really like hula hooping and I imagine 5 minutes a day of a weighted one would whip your core into shape pretty quick!

ChanelBag88:  Have you tried pilates? When I lived in the dorms I use to do it daily and never bothered the people below me. There are tons of videos on youtube.
