The pompeii3 people also have a website with tons of settings you can look through. They are pretty inexpensive. I have never actually purchased anything through them, but they have pretty good feedback on ebay. Anyway, here are their settings:

Ashadiamonds.com have a lot of settings.  You would need to email the sales dept at [email protected] if you found a setting you liked for them to setup an online purchase option for you minus the cost of the gem.  You could still place it on layaway with them and once you pay 50% they will make the setting.  Perhaps they would quote you an amount to set the stone.  If it would be convenient for you, you might want to mail them the stone (insured of course) for them to set it.  Here’s a few that I like:
