@Nola: I would probably be kind of weirded out if I were seated at a 2 person table, even if it were with Fiance. Putting 3 people at the table would be strange since most people will have dates. I dont really have any suggestions for how to go about this though so sorry I can’t be of any help.

@Nola: What about having some reserved tables, like for your bridal party and close family members, and then open seating for everyone else. Then you wouldn’t be insulting anyone by seating them alone as they would be choosing their own tables. Maybe your Fiance would go for this? I know its not fully assigned but I honestly don’t see any easy way of going about this. Good luck though. Either way, your wedding will rock!

Not sure where you got your numbers. A 90 inch table seats more than 4 people.

Or, are you talking about the size of the tablecloths?

Round
48 in., Seats 6-8
60 in., Seats 8-10
72 in., Seats 10-12

So everyone gets a sweetheart table!!  yeah, I am no help.

Maybe you can squeeze 4 at a table.  Try out a 36 inch table and see how it is.
