Have you checked Stuller or Adwar?  You would need a jeweler to order the setting and give you the price, but they both have quite a few mounts (they supply most of the popular jewelry companies).  There’s another one or two companies but I can’t remember the names at the moment.

They sell all their engagement rings without the center stone, custom make the head to fit your diamond if you don’t want to send it to them, and also have replica rings that they mail you so you can try them on for a few days to see if you like it before ordering the real one.

What about this one? It can also fit a princess or cushion cut if you ask them I think.

What’s your budget? I can definitely help you find you something if I know what we’re working with $$ wise. But I agree with many of the vendors listed as being great choices.

I know someone suggested whiteflash already so you’ve probably seen this one but it is in budget and really lovely! Looks like they would want to set your stone in it themselves but I don’t see why that would be a problem (better to have them do it imo).
