Well it could just be gas/consitpation.

Or it could be something else. I am 6dpo and had something similar yesterday. Mine was so low in my pelvis that if you take your hand and place it so that its touching your leg and uhh girly area, thats where mine was. It hurt like a pulled muscle but only for a few minutes like you and i also had a breif thought of ectopic. Guess we will see. Good luck!

Unfortunately, I had sharp pains like this the months I got AF and the month I got my BFP, so it’s hard to say.  5 dpo is still pretty early for implantation and the temp dip you saw was probably more of a corpus luteum dip than anything.

The page below was pretty helpful to me at keeping me sane and trying not to symptom spot as much…haha. I think the worst thing is mostly all early pregnancy symptoms are just progesterone symptoms, so they *might* be because you are pregnant or they might just be plain old PMS.  Booo hiss body, you should have given us a more clear-cut way to know if we are pregnant earlier! 14 days past when we ovulate is  LONG FREAKING TIME TO WAIT! Haha

@saraja87:  I had a really strong O this month once I got my postive on my OPK. It was so bad I didn’t want to BD but luckily we had the previous couple of days.

Around 3DPO, I started getting dull cramping like AF was on her way…I made a post about it last weekend. Then it stopped around 8DPO and I’ve been feeling fine ever since. I have no idea what it is and plan on talking to my doc about it. I’m currently 10DPO and too scared to take a HPT since I’ve been trying for a while and I’m sick of all the negative tests.

I’ve had plenty of cysts in the past but mine were always painful on one side. My O this time was on my right side and the pain I had after was not….so I’m confused on that one!

@texasbee:  I seriously had to look because I thought you were my daughter she has the EXACT same symptoms.  Finally got a positive OPK but O pain was so bad she said she could BD, however, had BD that morning and the next day.  About 5dpo, she said she felt like AF was about to show her ugly face and this went on for a few days.  Now she says she feels absolutely fine – her only “symptom” is a “swishy” feeling in her stomach – she said it feels like it does when she drinks too much water but it is consistent.  She is 14dpo and refuses to test because she said she cant take one more bpn so she said she will just wait for AF to show instead.  I hate that she is going through all of this (that you both are).  Wish there was an easier way to find out.   Forgot to mention this is month two of Clomid – this month it was 100mg and this is her first positive OPK ever.

My prayers are with you – keep us posted!
