I am about to have my wedding dress altered and I cannot decide if I should go with sew in cups or if I should purchase a stick on bra…my dress is an off the shoulder ball gown style, so the bodice is pretty snug but it is backless (hence why I cannot wear a normal strapless bra). My issue is I am a 32 Dirty Delete, so I am really thin but have a large bust and need support…I am worried I will not have enough support with just the sew in cups but I have heard stick on bras aren’t that great either…any personal experiences with either option? Thanks so much!

Stick on bras are the absolute worst. My chest isn’t that large but they’re so uncomfortable and depending on the adhesive, kinda nasty to take off.

Since you are so well ‘endowed’ .. can you use both?

I use stick on bras in my daily life (haven’t worn a real brea in over 4 years). Mine are the ones with two individual cups and I find them very comfortable. However, I’m an A cup (possibly a small B) so I don’t really need support.

They can also start slipping if you get hot… I loved my sewn in cups!

My fiance’s sister and another one of her bridesmaids have the nubra from nordstrom. It’s a stick on bra that detaches in the middle. They seem to love it. I’m planning on purchasing one as well.

I wore a stick on bra (the ones that attach in the middle) for my senior prom, and we took pictures outside.. needless to say they didn’t stick on anymore. I got them twice from Dillard’s and then once the ones I had didn’t stick anymore I went to target and got their version. And I probably won’t use them again. So I would look into the sew-in cups for you since you’re more endowed.

I’d try it with the sew in cups first and add a stick on bra if you need to. There are also low-back actual bra options available (although if you needed a plunge as well that could be tricky).

I have Es and the stick on bras DO NOT WORK. Try cups and some supportive boning
