I had cups sewn in. I am pretTy big up top so I was really concerned of support without an actual bra but didn’t even notice any lack thereof the day of!!!

My dress was tight enough that it held everything in place and I didn’t have to worry about slipping and bra pieces showing anywhere.

I would have cups sewn in if my dress allowed for it. Way easier. For the bottoms, I’d definitely go seamless. Just make sure it’s something comfortable, so that you can move around and dance without worrying about it.

I had cups sewn into my dress. I actually asked her to sew in more than one set so that I’d look extra busty up top hahaha. She said one set would be plenty, and it was. I didn’t wear underwear because I wore a lace corset under my dress. My dress had a corset back, so it was extra tight! I just wanted the extra support and I like the way the corset sucked my gut in. Personally, I’d go with sewn in cups versus a strapless bra because the corset loosens throughout the night. If it got too loose, you might be struggling to keep your dress held up so that your strapless bra didn’t show. The person who does your alterations may have advice based on your actual dress.
