Hmmm…I’ve never had a bra “roll up” on me, so I’m not exactly sure what the consultant meant.  I would try a low back strapless– I think it would work just fine!

I have been wondering the same thing! I don’t have mommy boobs, but I do have small ones and feel like a padded bra would make dress look better on me. Not to thread jack, but I’m also wondering what lingerie to wear underneath if you want stomach thru mid-thigh control and have cups sewn in!

I have small boobs, too and I took one of my old strapless bras and got my seamstress to sew them right into my dress.  I used a wonderbra so it gave me enough lift.

Oh, my dress was a corset in the back, so I was prepared to ruin my strapless bra since my seamstress had to cut the straps off my bra.

It worked.  It was perfect because it was my cup size.

My seamstress added cups for me and it was perfect!   It was a corset back though!

@ttn133: even with a larger cup you can do this. It will asure you that you’re bra won’t show on the wedding day I am assuming the consultant meant you’re dress will slip and your bra will ride up an show?

I had cups sewn into my dress and they worked great.  I’m on the medium/large side.  I’ve heard other reports about a strapless bra needing to be hiked up even more than the dress, so rather just have 1 layer to adjust than 2.

My sister had cups sewn into her dress and she loved them!!  They allowed her to not wear a bra with her dress but also gave her extra padding so it looked like she was wearing a push-up bra.  If you have a good seamstress I think this would be a great option for you.

I had my merrywidow sewn into the dress. It created a really clean line with nothing showing. I love your dress. So cute!
