It’s perfectly safe unless you’ve been specifically told not to. Spotting is common (I’ve never experienced it). I actually only had some cramping. If you’re concerned just don’t do anything too crazy 😉

You should definitely take advantage while you’re still feeling good – eventually you may experience a drop in your sex drive or just feel so tired or huge the thought can be a turn-off (not saying any of this WILL happen, just letting you know).

We have sex all the time and I have spotted, but it’s only been when we haven’t had sex. Never had spotting after sex.

Just be calm and enjoy it. I have had my same sex drive the past 12wks and constantly want it. I’m enjoying it because some women don’t want it!

I had spotting and cramping after sex one time during first trimester, which isn’t unusual. Maybe if you’re worried about potential spotting, choose a position designed for more shallow penetration?

i say go for it and just pay attention to your body afterwards. its perfectly safe but good to be in tune with your limits. and ditto to @camrie, some women do have a drop in sex drive (at least temporarily) later on so enjoy it while you still feel up to it!
