I would honestly go to a pharmacy near you that sells durable medical equipment and check out the acid reflux pillows.  They should carry them in stores.  My only concern is that it wouldn’t be as firm as what you are looking for.  You would of course have to pick one with the right amount of incline too. Sorry that I couldn’t be more help!

We bought ours at a (for lack of better terminology) porn shop for $45. It’s inflatable and stores away nicely when we don’t use it. I can’t for the life of me remember what it’s called but it has handles on the sides, and it’s black. I promise, they have cheaper ones!

I’m curious about cheaper options as well.

I will say this though, Fiance and I got his best friend (and his wife) a liberator for a wedding present. (They have a good sense of humor, so they weren’t offended or anything) and from what they have said, its totally awesome.

Ok, I am going to sound like a total prude… but what do sex pillows do? Embarassed

I am really intrigued though.  Fiance and I want to do a lot of experimenting… so what does it do??
