Um….up and down? Mine shakes really easy.  Or maybe you got a dud! Hope not!

You shake them. They don’t vibrate they just move.

You have to hold them up right and shake them yourself…they dont just move automatically!

Do those really work? Anyone have results with them? They look so silly. You’re probably better off buying regular ol’ free weights.

haha I saw these at Walgreens last night, I was tempted but I really don’t see the point! Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones will have your arms aching in 15 minutes with 5lb weights

@xshellx2003: They do sort of move. When you shake it up and down, you should be able to feel a little weight inside go up and down as well. It shouldn’t just feel like a solid stick that you shake. But you have to do the majority of the effort.
