I have my 1st dress fitting in 10 days…….. and surprise, surprise, I did NOT lose the kgs I committed to losing, meaning I KNOW my dress will be tight and might not even fit…
Now, I am exercising as much as I can until them, and eating really healthily to see if I can lose at least 2kg by the fitting…
… but also thought I could use some underwear help! Now, my dress is a ball gown so it will only be tight on my waist / breasts, so i thought about buying one of those underwear that compress everything!
Does anyone have any recommendations???

does your dress have boning? Some dresses have enough structure to hold up on their own and adding special undies and such could actually add to the problem instead of helping. My BMs had trouble fitting into their dresses. They went braless and it was much more comfortable. And we could actually zip them up. So I would suggest also trying to go without and see how it feels with the dress. Even my bustier BMs were fine with their dress b/c of the structure in the dress and how tight it was.

Alos, drink lots of water and have NO carbs after 5pm..plus 30 min of running a day would work wonders.

try Macys since you will want to try it on before your fitting and you only have 10 days. I know target makes a generic spanx, though not as strong, but worth a try on.
