does your dress have boning?  Some dresses have enough structure to hold up on their own and adding special undies and such could actually add to the problem instead of helping.  My BMs had trouble fitting into their dresses.  They went braless and it was much more comfortable.  And we could actually zip them up.  So I would suggest also trying to go without and see how it feels with the dress.  Even my bustier BMs were fine with their dress b/c of the structure in the dress and how tight it was.

Alos, drink lots of water and have NO carbs after 5pm..plus 30 min of running a day would work wonders.

try Macys since you will want to try it on before your fitting and you only have 10 days.  I know target makes a generic spanx, though not as strong, but worth a try on.

Spanx i’d suggest theyre very comfortable and get the high waisted ones x
