First, cornstarch everything. And tuck some in your bag. Apply deodorant to the inside of your thighs.

I didn’t know Spanxx had a hole…maybe bevause I just pull them down but I have seen ones that have the tummy panel (under breasts)  that goes all the way or mostly to your knee.

Have you tried your dress with Spanxx? You may not need it!

I’m not wearing a bra either!!! Yay!!! I’m average size but have big boobs. My entire life I’ve never been able to go braless…and to have been told I can on my wedding day?! YAHOOO!!! My consultant said it would be best because my dress is so low in the back.

They make this anti-chafing cream that a couple of my friends swear by. Supposedly it works really well. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, I can ask what the name is.

@geekspice:  is it Desitin? The baby cream? I think I saw a Pinterest pin suggesting it.

Apparently it’s called Bodyglide. One of my friends who uses it is a chef who says it lasts 14 hours in a 90+ degree kitchen.

@geekspice:  I use bodyglide to run marathons and go on long distance training runs in texas in the summer – it lasts for hours and goes on clear. great stuff.

Monistat also making an anti-chafing gel.  Yes it’s down the aisle with the femine care products, but it works great on thighs or under breasts to prevent perspiration!  It goes on like a gel and turns into a fine powder as it dries.

Instead of spanx that are like shorts – what about shapewear that’s more like a tight-fitting pencil skirt.  Then you wouldn’t need to worry about using the hole in the spanx to use the bathroom.

I am in the same boat, my first fitting is right around the corner and I have been researching undergarmet options. My sister in law has a similar body type( I also carry my extra weight in my middle) and she sugessted this undergramet. It apparently does have a similar Hole in it like Spanx for bathroom trips.

I have the exact same concerns! I am planning on using the BodyGlide stuff (you can get it at walmart) because I have heard nothing but awesome things about it. And then I got a shapewear that just covered my tummy and bum…and the best part…it has like bra hooks at the crotch so you can just unhook it to use the restroom! I don’t know the brand I got (its at home) but I picked it up at JcPenny.

I got the super higher power spanx specifically because they had a hole — my dress was quite fitted, and there would be no removing of undergarments to use the toilet! Of course, I didn’t end up needing to use it, which was a small miracle!

In my research, the ONLY shapewear I could find with a hole covered you from right under your breasts to nearly your knees… I guess anything smaller would be easier to just remove!
