All of your venues are seriously gorgeous. Here’s ours. Full of fields, historical houses/buildings/ a beach and a lighthouse. We’ll be having the ceremony in the field overlooking the water, but will be doing pictures around the park.
And our dinner reception will be here:

Here is the reception space (hopefully!)

Our reception venue
and the front view of our church (this was taken recently at my cousin’s wedding)
Didn’t really want to pay a $350 turn around charge to have both the ceremony at the reception site.

We had our reception here. It was awesome!

Here’s our church which is where we will be having our ceremony (well the church’s chapel).
< carpet is actually light brown, although in this picture it looks slightly purple.
And then our reception venue.
The cocktail area, and one of the lounge areas (we will have three of them).
And the outside (this is the architect drawing, but it looks identical in person).

For our SUPER intimate December wedding (15 people), we chose this beautiful small chapel to tie the knot in. And the reception will take place at our newly purchased home.
I couldn’t be happier 🙂
Then, my future Mother-In-Law is throwing us a huge party a week after so all our friends and extended family can attend.

I don’t have picutres yet of mine. We are getting married in my parents field & then having the reception at a place that is very special to my Fiance & I. My old high school! 9 years ago we went there for my senior prom. I needed a date & being the wonderful best friend he was, (& still is) he volunteered to take me. So what better place to dance the night away as husband & wife than to take it all back to where we danced the night away as friends.

this is the wedding space (with my mom and I standing in where Fiance and I will be for the ceremony), overlooking the Ohio River
the reception will be nearby but I don’t have any pics of it.

@luli29: Wow did your venue include those chairs! Those are really nice.
Our venue is actually a mansion built in the late 1800’s that was converted into a wedding venue by a historical society. The ballroom was an add on so it is nice and open, but there are some really cool rooms we get to use that are original to the castle…. The bar and stable room we get for cocktail hour. Also lots of courtyards and gardens throughout!

@candykiss: Yes, it did. It’s a restaurant actually. I had a small wedding, and we had part of the room on the upstairs level for ourselves. The only decorations we brought were flowers and candles!
