We haven’t got ours back yet from the photographer. This one was taken on my phone at the reception, just after we got changed. This is his nana. We were told she wouldn’t be alive to make it to our wedding day. She showed us!! The fact that she could be there for us brings tears to my eyes, it makes me so happy. This photo wins out, everytime. I don’t need a big, beautiful dress. I don’t need fancy jewellery or table runners to make a nice photo. Family above everything. <3

I love this one.  DH isn’t particularly into PDA or anything like that so I”m really happy the photographer caught this genuine moment.  The other photographer was taking pictures of the wedding party.

I don’t have all of my pictures back yet, just the few my photographer put on a CD during the evening, so no pictures from the reception, but so far, this is our favorite picture.

There are a couple of close runners up, though.

Wow! So many sweet pics 🙂 I can’t wait to see some of my professional pics… BUT this is one of my fav’s from a guest 🙂 It’s a nice genuine shot in the midst of our first dance 🙂

I can’t believe I’m not picking one of our engagement pics but I’ve posted them a fair bit. Instead here’s one from our friend’s wedding on Saturday.  We’re the next ones in our group to get married and that “OMG it’s almost our turn!” feeling just kept hitting us over the head the whole night, hence the goofy grins.  And I just think it’s very “us”… I can’t help but smile every time I see it!

So many beautiful photos on this thread!

We’re still waiting on our professional photos, but I am sure they will be stunning based on how our engagement photos turned out (we LOVED our photographer). My favorite so far is one of our engagement photos. It still makes my breath catch every time.
