MemberAny bees having their mom walk them down the aisle? My father and step father have both passed away 🙁 so my dear mom will be walking me down the aisle. I’m wondering if we should hold hands or link arms??

Member@sofiekitty: Aww, so sorry to hear about your loss of both your father and step father! But I think it’s so sweet that your mom will be walking you down the aisle. This isn’t exactly the same, but I sent my sister escorting my mom down the aisle, and they linked arms. Maybe that will help a little! 🙂

Im going to have my moM and step dad walking me down the aisle, and I think they will either both hold my elbows (as I hold my bouquet) or we will all link arms.
MemberPractice either position, and see what feels most natural to you. I BET your mom will want to hold your hand!!!! I still grab my daughters hand in the parking lot and whatnot ~ she’s 26!

Member@sofiekitty: I having my mom walk me down the aisle and my uncle (her brother). Like you, my father passed away along with my step-father hence why my mother is doing it instead. I am thinking that they will probably escort me down the aisle with the linked arms, seems easier than holding hands.
