- Wedding: August 2010 - Ocean View Villas/Jasmine Seafood Restaurant
Hi y’all. I’m Mrs Hot Wings from many generations back. I write a blog called Our Wired Lives about nesting, home renovations, technology, and photography. Check it out.
I’m also doing a photography challenge in October that is always a fun way to meet other bloggers working on builing their creativity in their photography skills (here)!

Oh, this is my friend’s blog, all about discovering at age 18 that she had cancer. 4 years down the line, she’s thankfully much better now than she was, but the after effects still hit her pretty hard on occasion. It documents her life in and out of hospital in a way that you swear shouldn’t be anywhere near as funny as it is, and her outlook is really inspirational. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

How is it I’m just discovering this blog section?!?
Here is my blog (which I’m not very regular at posting… but I try!) http://wherethewildthoughtsrun.blogspot.com/
It started off as a way to document wedding stuff, my Etsy shop, then buying our first home and projects around the house, and very soon, it will include baby stuff. I haven’t publicly announced the pregnancy, so the weekly updates won’t hit the blog for another 2 weeks. I have lots of projects just waiting to be blogged about!

I found so much inspiration on the pages of Wedding Bee when I was planning my DIY wedding. I made many of the details for my wedding from invitations to paper roses. I recently started a new page on my blog Scissors and Spoons to share my wedding projects with others. As I blog about my wedding projects, I plan to add links to my tutorials on this page.
My DIY Painted Wedding Invites
In addition to blogging about wedding projects, I blog about crafts and cooking. I’d love it if you’d stop by to say “hi”!

This post is one of my favorite parts of each month – I look forward to discovering great new blogs to add to my reading list.
I’ve been married for a little over a year now and my blog is Beyond the Aisle. I post about trends in fashion, home decor, and weddings, my real life, and crafts/diy. My mission in the blogging world is to help readers add color and stle to all kinds of celebrations – even if you’re just celebrating that we’re closer to the weekend!
