I got my ladies silk robes that match the color of their dresses to get ready in the day of the wedding. Also some cute flip flops and some bath and body works goodies. And I am planning to have flowers and a note sent to each of them on one of the days before the wedding.

I am got my girls little Kate Spade coin purses (but big enough to fit an iPhone and things for a night out), and stick little earrings or something like that to stick in!  I am excited to give them their gifts and it’s still over a year away!

I got an umbrella once. And actually, that was really cool and I still use it!

Other ideas that I’ve thought were really great:

-movie ticket certificates OR DVDs that were personalized for each Bridesmaid or Best Man + favorite candies for movie night in

-mani/pedi (but a gc for the future) or a massage

-shoe clips! Yeah, they seem old fashioned, but you can get some really cool ones on etsy these days like peacock feathers and flowers and they’re totally fun for sprucing up your Bridesmaid or Best Man shoes for upcoming events. 2Bandits make boot accessories that are also fun and cool.

-flasks

-the classic LL Bean boat ‘n tote, monogrammed

-vibrator …hey, it’s feminine and it’s something they can use!

I made them each a set of 4 encrusted wine glasses (2 for white, 2 for red), gave them each a silver pashmina, a colored pashmina (in one of our wedding colors), and a pack of peacock tissues. I also wrote them a personal letter – it was really fun to watch them open them, and a few of them cried at the personal letter. I definitely recommend including one.

Mr.ND etched beer mugs for his groomsmen with their name on it, and included a cigar as well.

@BothCoasts:  HAHAHA! omg, “it’s feminine and it’s something they can use!” THAT IS AMAZING!

I’m doing coach wristlets for the BMs with personalized notes.  I had thought of maybe also frames with a photo in it of us & a lipgloss, but now I really love @asianyoushi‘s personalized boxes!!!

Most of my girls have asked me to contribute money towards their dresses instead of an actual gift. For the girls who didn’t want that though I’m going to be giving a Coach wallet (:
