It’s official! Fiance and I have decided to do a brunch reception and I’m pumped!!!. Please share your brunch menus with me. We’re still tossing around ideas for our menu, but this is what I’m thinking so far:
Cocktail Hour- Phyllo wrapped asparagus with prosciutto, mini bruchettas, mini bagels with cream cheese and lox, mini quiche, fruit display, mini donut display.
Entreés- Southern Style Chicken and Waffles, Shrimp and Grits, Carving Station with either Honey Baked Ham or Prime Rib
Accompaniments- Hashbrown Casserole or Baked Potato Salad, Classic Caesar Salad, Honey Butter Rolls
Dessert- Wedding Cake
Drinks- Cocktail Hour: Mimosas, variety of juices, Brunch: Lemonade, Tea, Sangria Bar?

Not having a brunch wedding, but just wanted to say that that menu sounds delish!

We’re having a brunch reception in two weeks! I love brunch, and am just a big fan of daytime drinking overall. Your menu sounds delish! Here’s our menu:
New Orleans style fresh beignets, Imported cheese display, marinated olives, artisan breads, artichoke hearts,
Fresh fruit salad with lime and mint, eggs benedict, bacon, chicken apple sausage, french toast, tri-tip with chimichurri, mediterranean orzo salad, ceasar salad
Drinks: Mimosa Bar with tons of juices, homemade sangria, beer, wine, and Soju Bloody Marys (the venue doesn’t allow for hard liquor, so we’re using Soju instead of vodka. They are letting us put brandy in the sangria).

chaibella: looks absolutely delicious, but I would be concerned that there’s no vegetarian entree option. I don’t know if your guests have dietary restrictions like that, but no vegetarian option would not have worked for our wedding.
