@summersmile:  LOVE these, makes me wish I had a destination wedding.

So far my fave is my cake topper, just because I was able to have something so customized for so little ($15).

I bought the Cake topper on Etsy for 14.99 and I just added the Rhinestones on there. Our colors are red and white, I wanted to show off both colors of our wedding ๐Ÿ™‚

@sweetie78  I love you ceremony backdrop and I am working on one for mine.  I was hoping you could share with me how/what you attached the pinwheels to.  I don’t have a wall to attach them to and it looks like you didn’t either.  Thanks!

I love crafts!! much cheaper options ๐Ÿ™‚ here’s some things I’ve made!

The ribbon backdrop is easy and adds a ton of color! The sash goes perfect with my ivory dress, and the coffee filter pomanders are super easy and made with plastic practice softballs. Much cheaper than floral circles.

Happy diy!

@sweetie78:  LOVE those flowers. Are they tissue paper? Those are the colours I’m hoping for for my wedding.

futureMsZappia Yes. Tissue paper and coffee filters. I couldn’t find the exact colors so I used craft paints and water to tint them the right colors. Some are also crepe paper. I ordered most of my tissues and crepe paper online from papermart, and a few other random websites. By The Way, I started making the flowers over 8 months in advance.
