I make overnight oats all the time. They are so simple and delicious! I don’t add much to them just chia seeds, a teensy bit of sugar & a drop of vanilla. Super healthy too

My other fav discovery from this summer is grapefruit margaritas. These are amazing!

I have so many new favorite recipes on pinterest I don’t think I can share just one!

Made this one for a potluck and everyone raved!

Sweet & Spicy Bacon Chicken Recipe: http://www.pinterest.com/pin/47006389833327931/
(Instead of wrapping the bacon on the chicken strips, I found it easier to put this on a skewer with chicken pieces, chunks of bacon, onion and peppers. We grilled it instead of baking it. Sooo good!)

Another favorite that I’ve made several times, and super easy:
Chicken Spaghetti  http://www.pinterest.com/pin/47006389832371226/

And I’ll just share my entire food board!

I recently made fried green tomato BLT’s (amazing) although for the fried green tomato’s I just dip in an egg/milk mixture and then into flour w/ lawry’s seasoning salt and fry.

The Stuffed bell peppers are really good also, and I commented with my suggestions for that one.

Now that its September I’m about to crack open a can of pumpkin.  Laughing

These scones are so easy and SO yummy.  They don’t need all the frosting she has in the recepie, just pick the plain or the spiced.

And these cupcakes are also easy and divine.  The frosting is too buttery for me, and makes twice as much as you need, but the cupcakes…. yum!
