Hi Bees! I recently got married about 3 months ago! I am tired of making the same things over and over again. I would like to switch it up! especially with having my in laws over soon! Share your favorite appi or dinner recipe!

This is mine. Although I chop up the chicken and just put it on rice or in phyllo pastry cups. Everyone loves it and its super easy when you dont wrap it in the phyllo!

I make a lot of roasted balsamic vegetables. I chop up asparagus, onion, bell peppers, and zuchinni/squash and put them on a pan with garlic, balsamic reduction, olive oil, and dijon mustard and bake at 400 degrees until they are tender. It’s so sweet and good. You could add mushrooms, too, if you like them. It’s really good over creamy polenta or with grilled pork chops.
For winter, roasted butternut squash is good side dish. Just toss with some cinnamon, salt, and oil and stick in the oven. If you want it to be sweeter, you can add some butter and brown sugar.
Recently DH made a turkey burger meatloaf- Barefoot Contessa’s recipe- and it was soooo yummy and pretty easy.

We roast chicken quite often. This recipe has become a favorite. It’s very easy and I like to make it when we have company coming over.
