Ok so i want to try and make 2-3 crock pot dinners per week. I live far from my job and cooking takes up a lot of time when I get home. I’m trying to eat healthy too so was wondering if you all had any healthy crock pot recipes you could share with me!
I was thinking I could make crock pot dinners Mon and Wed, go out Friday so I could work out at home for about an hour Mon, Wed & Fri. Then, could go to the gym on my lunch on Tues and Thus. What do you guys think? This would be my GOAL so maybe I’d aim for 5 days a week but only do 2…anyways, trying to think of a good plan for eating healthier and working out more 🙂
So share any recipes and/or work out plans good for a busy bee 🙂
