The bridal party folk walked in to the Decemberists’ “June Hymn”, which ended up being the perfect length. I walked in to the White Stripes “We’re Going to Be Friends”. I remember walking down the hall and my Dad telling me he was glad I picked that one :).

I haven’t decided yet but its between a version of “That’s Amore” played (on his accordian) and sung by my late great grandpa or ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow” performed by Israel Kamakawiwo’ole

soontobeMrsBoo:  Thats the song I’m planning on using!!!

Princess Bride has been my favorite movie since I was old enough to pick out my own movie at the rental place. I can quote it word for word.

I’m thinking of making a ceremony sign that says “As you wish”

I’m planning on using Angel by Casting Crowns. That said, I didnt know the the bridal party was supposed to walk to a different song so I need another one. We’re doing a dec 13 wedding so Fiance joked we should use a Frozen song. But no haha.

I’m pretty sure I’ll be walking down the aisle to Beyonce’s version of Ave Maria performed by a good family friend. We’re getting married right after Christmas so I think it’s pretty approps. I think I’ll have my BMs walk to Christina Perri’s A Thousand Years, but probably the cover by the Piano Guys.

mle812:  OMG THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Im just on the fence about using it bc his cousins (now) wife walked down to it and then his other cousin walked down to a piano version! Or instrumental one if the two.

Thinking about this version of somewhere over the rainbow

Still undecided though! I’m also listening to the Philharmonic orchestra’s versions of Disney classics for some contenders 🙂

Bridal party/Parents: Instrumental version of Bon Iver’s Skinny Love.

We will be walking down to Ingrid Michaelson’s version of Can’t Help Falling in Love With You.
