I’m an elementary school teacher, more specifically, a reading specialist. Definitely trying to get used to this new normal and missing my little kiddos like crazy!

I did not receive my new ring until a few days before my husband had open heart surgery and I have not been back at work since then due to COVID so unfortunately, I have no pictures of my ring at work.

ICU charge nurse. I don’t have a pic of my rings at work because I usually only wear a plain gold band. It’s crazy to think that our hospital has 30% of the intubated COVID ICU patients in my city – we are coping and it’s calm. The staff were very scared at first but we have safety officers watching us don and doff our PPE. While we are not rationing, we are being very careful about how and when we use it. I worked through SARS and was less worried because we had adequate PPE. The saddest part then, as now, is that patients and families are apart during such a difficult and overwhelming time – we are holding patients hands as they die – this is so humbling and sad.

I work for the Air Force and I deal with the fun stuff; outdoor recreation, trips, boats and I preside over the ticket sales/relations. I’ve never taken a picture in our office. The lighting dreadful. Our shop closed down a couple of weeks ago. Being payed for watching the grass grow these days…

I love this thread it’s so cool to hear of everyone’s jobs. I’m an advertising sales rep in a major publishing company. Any bees in media here? I don’t have a pic at work and I’m WFH now so here’s one from home ๐Ÿ™‚

I’m a physio at a pediatric hospital, but I’m on mat leave at the moment. My husband is a software engineer so it’s been amazing having him WFH every day ๐Ÿ˜Š

I’m a nurse and I’ve been wearing this band recently. It withstands lots of hand washing and hand sanitizer. It’s rose gold and tungsten and about $20. I took this pic at home after my shift was over.
