What is it, ladies?
For the women we have, right now .5 oz of blackberry liquor (Leopold Bros), .5oz blood orange liquor, 1.5oz vodka, double the volume with seltzer. Big squeeze of lime, blackberry and mint leaf to garnish!
For the boys, a manhattan with Leopold Bro blackberry liquor!

Ours is kinda sad 🙁
The venue stopped offering cocktails…but since we had it in our contract for a signature cocktail they agreed to honor it. But we also planned to have cocktails at our Rehearsal Dinner so we negotiated to do something simple but to be able to have it both nights.
So Rehearsal Dinner is a margarita…
Wedding is a margarita with mint LOL…We’ll name it the Amor Eterno

Totally nothing fancy – we are trying to watch our liquor budget while still offering as much as people want to drink. Our venue sells rum punch by the gallon, so we’re choosing that and calling it “Jamaican Rum Punch” in honor of our honeymoon to Jamaica.

@mjwyatt84: Nice! Did you guys come up with the recipe? I will say, I am NOT sober after tasting all of my FI’s concotions!

@icetea: Lame that they stopped offering cocktails but glad you still have yours! A ‘rita isn’t bad! 🙂
We are just lucky that we get to buy all the booze for the wedding so we could do whatever!

@NAvery: Hey now! I think that is an awesome idea! 🙂

We havent decided if we are doing a full bar yet but if we decide to go with beer/wine and 2 signature drinks, then it will be a Caipiroska (made with a browned sugar syrup) for the bride and a traditional margarita on the rocks for the groom.

@thdpr: Nah I found the drink online and asked the waitress at the bar we were at the other night to see if the bartender could make it so we could try it. Lol

@mjwyatt84: haha! Nice! 🙂 Fiance is an amateur mixologist. We got pretty toasty last night… 🙂

We’re doing a “Sly Fox”, which will be a whiskey old-fashioned, and a “Clever Minx”, which is a caramel-apple martini. I’m super excited, since they’re both my favorite drinks ever. 😉 All of your drinks sound fabulous, ladies!

We offered a pomegranate margarita and a pisco sour (national drink of Chile – very unique, though I couldn’t tell you much about it). Both went over very well, along with our beer and wine offerings.

We are THINKING of renting a frozen drink machine for our signature drinks.. a pineapple rum smoothie and a banana strawberry rum smoothie,
