Crock pots are cool!!

I just made these beef gyros yesterday.  The tzatziki sauce takes like 5 minutes to make..

My fav stupid easy recipe is sticking chicken breast and a jar of salsa in a crackpot for an afternoon.  I usually add a bit of salt to it as well.

Lamb shanks – chuck in two lamb shanks, a tin of diced tomatoes, a diced onion, couple of cloves of crushed garlic, a little bit of cumin, a bay leaf and half a cup of beef stock.  8 hours on low or 4 hours on high and it’s done 🙂
