Greetings bees, I recently reset my ACC into an open profile bezel (pic below) and realized that most bands will hit the stone if not worn with a spacer. I haven’t picked a band yet and will try a spacer first but I might have it soldered just for peace of mind. Who here has gotten their rings soldered together? Do you love or regret it?

I have a chevron band, so I had my rings soldered. I love it! I use a separate band for work.

I just had mine soldered and I’m so happy I did. My rings were constantly spinning away from each other and I felt like I had to fix them 100 times a day. My rings are platinum, but they soldered them with white gold and you honestly can’t tell. It’s also completely reversible in the future if you swap out settings, need to get your rings resized or decide it’s not for you.
The one downside is that soldering them together makes it one thick ring instead of two smaller ones, so you may have to size up a bit.

I had mine soldered right before our wedding. No regrets in 7 years. I have a separate plain band to wear on vacation or whatever if needed.

I had mine soldered. I have a contour band so they just kept spinning away from eachother and not lining up. plus they would separate really easily and I was just sick of messing with them/worried the diamonds on the bands were loosening eachother (they were) so I got them soldered together and I love it! it’s so much easier to deal with and I will just get a plain band if I need that for whatever (when baby comes, playing sports, etc.)
