@futuremrs1986:  Such a great mix of exercises! Nice!

 

  • Sun: full body lifting/strength power sets then 1000-1500yd swim
  • Mon: run 4-6 miles
  • Tues: Spin class
  • Wed: rest
  • Thurs: run 2.5 then HIIT workout
  • Fri: elliptical/ running circuit
  • Sat: run 7-9 miles

 

I’m training for a tri 🙂

I do Blog Pilates about 5x a week. She has a free online calendar as well as a 12 week meal plan. I started this month and lost 8 pounds. So its safe to say I’ll continue.

  • Wedding: February 2009

Mon: 2 mile run then lifting: chest

Tue: 3-5 mile run then lifting: back and abs

Wed: swim, row machine, or box workout then lifting: shoulders and abs

Thu: swim, row, or boxes and lifting: arms and abs

Fri: sprint type workout (hills, stairs, etc) lift: legs and abs
