@ames12708:  I suggest you see a doctor. I have endo but I dont have any explanation about your pains as mine is always during my period.

@ames12708:  I understand, to be honest I dont trust most Drs, I had over 20 years of suffering before finally being diagnosed with endo.  But I always feel like I should tell people to seek medical advice if they are suffering health issues.  Is it near the entrance or high up?  I have quite often had a cramping right at the entrance of my vagina with my period and this month had terrible ones that lasted like contraction around my bowel (TMI I know) and rectum and I was crying and could hardly breathe, they were so bad.  After 5 hours they subsided. I read that if a cyst bursts (which is what endo is) near your bowel it can cause spasms and cramping so i think that is what happened to me. Have you had problems with your period before?

Is it kind of like a pinching sensation in your cervix?  I get something that I can only describe that way every now and then.  I don’t know what it is yet, and keep forgetting to ask my OB at my yearly appointment.

When was your last pap smear? I don’t want to worry you but I had very similar symptoms prior to being diagnosed with CIN 3 followed by stage 1 cervical cancer. It’s important to have regular pap smears to ensure there are no abnormal cells down there. See your gynae if the pain continues or worsens. Good luck.
