Your wedding is first. People will think she stole it. Revel in that! LOL

That sucks! Luckily your wedding is first so it will look like she is copying you and not the other way around.

Wow, this sounds terrible!  I’m so sorry you have to go through this!  Do your best to direct your focus on YOUR day.  That is the day for you and your Fiance, and that is the day that matters most. Limit the amount of info your sister might have about your special day, and then keep on planning.  If your sister actually goes through with using the same colors…the guests who where at your wedding guests will take notice.

My sister and I are both getting married this summer… it makes things pretty tricky! Our weddings are only 6 WEEKS apart! Can’t believe that.

The one good thing, is that she and I are two totally different people. Anything she wants, I stay away from (and vice versa).

Although, initially I told her about a venue I was interested in, and she called them for herself two days later — her fiance told her to. And then, she almost copied my bridesmaids dresses — not the same colour. But it was frustrating nonetheless.

Cannot imagine what you are going through!!!! That is SO brutal. I would stick with what you want. Like everyone said, you are getting married first. If you have it already, she will hopefully change hers! 🙂
