Casablanca bridal will allow you to customize any of their dresses. You can change necklines, straps and trains on any dress. They are under your budget too.

I second looking at Allure. They have a lot of sheath dresses. Mine is 2903 (it’s a pic that a PP posted) and it had a CHAPEL length train…that I’ll wear a cathedral length veil with. Most designers can extend a train for you if you’re willing to pay for it (and since Allure dresses tend to be in the $1500 range for sheaths, you should have money in your budget for the extension)

faerie87 :  i can’t say, as I never actually looked at any maggie or casablance dresses. i did see david tutera, though, and i would say Allure is on par if not better, in case that helps. Allure is generally considered high quality for the price point – they have some gorgeous, very expensive feeling laces.

Check out the Mariella gown from the 2017 Kitty Chen Ivoire collection. There are several dresses that you will like. The Mariella has such an Inbal Dror feel. Also check out the Eddy K dreams collection. Eddy K is based out of Italy so you may be able to locate a stockist.

faerie87 :  Check out Pronovias Marisela… its not strapless but you can likely get the straps altered off.

Question, what petticoat would you wear with this sort of dress so the silhouette has a nice line along the train to the floor in the back, but stays straight in the front?
