I think those are great for the price.  Maybe you can do half the tables with those centerpieces and do something short/less expensive for the other half of the tables?  Then you can still have the impact of the talls but spread the cost a little thinner.  I’ve seen a lot of people do a mixture of tall and short centerpieces before.

Your centerpieces are beautiful and I think $16 is a great price! An option is to do these at every other table and add a 2nd centerpiece like candles. Those are not costly at all.
