What does your dress look like and how high are the heels?

Usually it takes about week and a half to two weeks for me to get my refund.

You can stretch shoes in the freezer. Take a ziploc bag, fill it with water and stick it in the shoe. Then throw the bag-filled shoe in the freezer overnight. When the water freezes solid, it’ll expand and gently stretch out your shoe. In the morning, take the shoe out of the freezer, remove the bag and put your feet in them right away. Wear them around until they’re back to room temperature. Now they should fit perfectly 🙂

I’ve done this a few times now, it’s worked perfectly!

I wore the Nina Electras in China blue on my wedding day. They fit me exactly true to size, but I did stretch them out a bit in the toes by wearing them around the house while wearing socks with them, so maybe you could do that. Also, the freezer idea is a good one.

OMG I LOVE your dress!! The silhouette looks stunning on you! Seeing the dress, I would wait on the Menburs and see if they fit. Yes, you can stretch the Ninas and that can easily be done by taking to a shoe repair store or apparently in the freezer (how cool!) before you make a decision, just wait and try them both on. My first pick is the Menburs.

I stretch almost every pair of shoes I buy in the toe area.  I have the old school wooden shoe stretchers.  It has clip in plastic pieces (I think for bunions or whatever) that I use in the spots I know my shoes tend to rub.

A couple of turns and leaving it for a night or two works for me.

I tried the freezer thing, but it doesn’t work well on shoes that are open in a bunch of places I’ve found.

I would keep the Ninas and stretch them, but that’s just out of style preference.   Try wearing them with socks or knee highs, and buy some Band Aid Blister Block stick – it’ll help with the rubbing.

    Good luck!

I’m in LUST with the last pair of Menburs. They’re amazingly beautiful and I want to buy them for myself. I own a lot of pairs of Menburs and they are wider than most heels I’ve owned in my life – in a good way, not in a “too wide” way! Just roomy enough to be comfortable!

My friend has the first pair of Menburs you posted – she got them in the Coral color, which looks closer to a hot pink. She loves them and says they’re super comfy too. She’s almost got me convinced to buy a pair myself!

Another trick is to wear socks just on the front half of your feet and make them slightly damp with rubbing alcohol, then wear the shoes around the house. I haven’t tried the freezer trick yet. The glittery Menburs are gorgeous and unique! I love the blue on the Ninas though.

How have I never heard of Menburs before?  They’re gorgeous!  I voted for the second shoe (the first pair of Menburs).  I think it’d complement your dress so well.

I love the first pair of menburs, but both menburs are just lovely. Would be sad to see you ditch the idea of blue shoes, but I LOVE the menburs with the flower!  Beautiful dress, btw!

Oops I missed where the 2nd AND 3rd pair are Menburs…to be more specific, I really love the 2nd pair with the bow
