springbee2015:   Not sure if this will help but I also have super wide feet and I wore Danskos – sandals with a buckle to widen them as needed.

Can the second pair be stretched on a machine?  They may seem to fit but after your feet swell a bit after wearing,  there could be a few areas where they are rubbing.  If that doesn’t work, go with the first pair. It is much, much more important to be comfortable. Your shoes will hardly show, anyway.

springbee2015:  Put heavy socks on, put the shoes on and blast them with the hot setting in a blow dryer! This should stretch them out.

springbee2015:  Yes, many shoe stores or shoe repair places can do this for you. Your better department stores as well.  They have machines which can be customized to the area that needs to be widened or stretched. There are also various ways to DIY that you can look up on google or Youtube.
